Report an offer

If a code was rejected or the terms on our page were wrong, tell us. Reports go straight to the deals desk, we re-test within 1 business day, and we either correct the page or take it down. This is the single most useful thing a reader can do for the accuracy of this site.

What went wrong?

The page address is most precise, but the title and store name are enough for us to find it.
The error message the checkout showed, and what was in your basket, is the most useful thing you can tell us.
Only used to tell you what we found when we re-tested. Leave it blank to report anonymously.

We store the report, the time, and a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention — never the address itself. See our Privacy Policy.

Before you report

Most rejected codes are fixable in under a minute. Worth checking:

  • Remove any sale, clearance or gift-card line from the basket, then re-apply the code.
  • Check the minimum spend on the offer page — it is assessed before shipping and tax.
  • Make sure you are signed in, and that the offer is not new-customer only.
  • Confirm you are on the right country storefront.

What happens next

  1. A member of the deals desk builds a qualifying basket and re-tests the code.
  2. If the terms were wrong, we correct them and re-date the page.
  3. If the offer has been withdrawn, we remove the page.
  4. If you left an email address, we tell you which of those happened.
We cannot apply a discount for you. If an offer was live when you ordered but did not apply, contact the retailer’s customer service with your order number — many will credit the difference. See Refunds & Billing.

One email a week. Only offers we have tested.

A short weekly summary of the offers our deals desk rated worth using, and the ones that have expired. No daily mailouts, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
