CouponMuz is free to use. We have no shop, no checkout, no subscriptions and no paywall. We will never ask you for card details, and we do not charge to reveal a coupon code. If any page or email appears to ask you to pay CouponMuz for something, it is not us — please report it to support@couponmuz.com.
Where refunds actually come from
When you use an offer from this site, you buy from the retailer. Your contract is with them, and so is your right to cancel, return or claim a refund. Their published returns policy and your statutory rights govern the outcome.
- Check the retailer’s returns window and whether the item is excluded, for example clearance or final-sale stock.
- Keep the order confirmation, which is the retailer’s record of what you paid and what discount was applied.
- Raise the request through the retailer’s own returns process first; most resolve within their published timescales.
- If the retailer does not respond, your card issuer or payment provider may offer a chargeback route.
- Consumers in the EU, UK and many other markets have statutory cancellation rights on most distance purchases, independent of the retailer’s policy.
If a discount was not applied
Contact the retailer’s customer service with the order number and the code. Many will apply the difference retrospectively if the offer was live when you ordered. We cannot apply a discount or issue a credit on a retailer’s behalf.
Please also tell us, so we can re-test the offer and correct the page. We aim to re-check reported offers within 1 business day.
Subscriptions you started through an offer
Trials and introductory subscriptions are billed by the vendor, not by us. Cancel through the vendor’s account settings before the renewal date shown on your confirmation. Our guide to renewal terms covers what to check before you sign up.
