What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software development kits. We use the word "cookies" to cover all of them.
How we ask for consent
On your first visit we show a banner with three choices: accept all, reject non-essential, or manage preferences by category. Nothing beyond essential cookies is set until you choose. Your choice is stored for twelve months, after which we ask again.
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page.
Categories we use
1. Strictly necessary (always on)
- Remembering your cookie consent choice so we do not ask on every page.
- Remembering whether you prefer light or dark appearance.
- Basic security and abuse prevention, including rate limiting on forms.
These cannot be switched off because the site does not work correctly without them. They do not track you across other websites.
2. Analytics (consent required)
- Counting page views and unique visits in aggregate.
- Understanding which categories, stores and offers are read most.
- Measuring on-site search terms so we know which offers to add.
3. Advertising and measurement (consent required)
- Measuring whether a visit that began with one of our Google Ads campaigns resulted in an offer being revealed.
- Building remarketing audiences, where enabled, so that Google and its partners can show our ads to you on other sites.
- Limiting how often you see the same advertisement.
4. Functional (consent required)
- Remembering filters or sort order you last used on a category page.
- Remembering which offers you have already revealed on this device.
Third parties that may set cookies
- Google — analytics and advertising measurement, and remarketing where enabled. Google’s use of cookies is described in its own privacy and terms pages, and you can control personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings.
- Content delivery and hosting providers — which may set a strictly necessary cookie for security or load balancing.
We do not permit third parties to set cookies through our site for any purpose we have not described here.
Managing cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, and most let you block third-party cookies only. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this site working, including your ability to record a cookie preference.
Browser instructions: Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari each document cookie controls in their own settings and help pages. You can also use private browsing, which discards cookies when the window is closed.
