CouponMuz is a coupon and deals publisher operated by THE COUPON GUYS, LLC from Wesley Chapel, FL. We publish tested coupon codes and sale information for popular online retailers, and we show the code on our own pages rather than sending you through a chain of redirects to find it.
Why we built it this way
Most coupon sites are built around the click, not the reader. You search for a discount, land on a wall of undated codes, press one, get bounced through two tracking redirects into a new tab, and discover at the checkout that the code excluded everything in your basket. Nobody enjoys that.
So we made three decisions and built the site around them. The code appears on our page, with a copy button. Every offer carries the date we last tested it. And the exclusions - the minimum spend, the brands that are carved out, the new-customer conditions - are written in plain language before you build a basket rather than discovered after.
What we publish
- Coupon codes that we have validated in a real basket at the retailer.
- Automatic sale and outlet pricing, clearly marked as needing no code.
- Free shipping thresholds, multi-buy offers, free trials and loyalty-member pricing.
- Buying guides that explain when a category is actually cheapest, and what tends to go wrong at the checkout.
What we will not publish
- Codes we have not been able to validate ourselves.
- Invented expiry dates or success figures designed to create urgency.
- Offers described as exclusive unless a retailer issued them to us directly.
- Anything that asks you to install an extension or pay a fee to see a code.
How we are funded
Advertising, and commission from retailer affiliate programmes where we take part in one. Commission is paid by the retailer out of its marketing budget: it never increases your price and it never decides what we publish or how we describe it. Independence
The deals desk decides what goes live, and the editorial standards reviewer checks the discount claim, the expiry date and the exclusions before publication. Neither role reports to anyone with a revenue target. If we think a promotion is poor value, we say so on the page.
