THE COUPON GUYS, LLC respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of this site to do the same. We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement that comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws elsewhere.
Sending a takedown notice
A valid notice must be in writing and include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our site you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it - a full URL is best.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

What we do on receipt
We acknowledge the notice, review it, and where it is valid we remove or disable access to the material expeditiously. We notify the person who submitted or published the material where we can identify them.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.
Repeat infringement and misuse
We may restrict access for anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright. Knowingly submitting a false notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.
Trade marks
Retailer and brand names and logos are used on this site descriptively, to identify the retailer an offer relates to. If you are a rights holder and consider a specific use on this site inappropriate, email us and we will review it promptly.
